  • 3D Modelling

Off-site Construction

  • Foundations

    Foundation systems are engineered, fabricated off-site in a climate controlled environment, and delivered for on-site installation in 1-2 days instead of weeks for traditional methods, avoiding weather delays, site inspection delays.

  • Floors

    Floor assembly is conducted in climate controlled warehouse, inspected, loaded in sequence of install, and delivered to the site for on-time installation by our team in hours not weeks.

  • Walls

    Walls are assembled with 1/16” precision using the best materials and wall assemblies for the strictest energy codes for any area in the country. Walls are inspected and loaded in sequence of installation for rapid on-site assembly in hours.

  • Roofs

    Panelized roof systems are engineered stronger and assembled in a safe climate-controlled environment. Every process is consistent for top quality, accuracy, strength, and innovated procedures to speed up install on-site.

Logistics

  • Once off-site construction is complete, all components are loaded onto TEKTRA trailers for transport to site.

    TEKTRA crews and cranes ensure efficient and organized delivery for foundations, floors, walls and roofs systems, and marked for easy assembly on-site. With precision site organization and load sequencing, our professional team minimizes cycle times and resources required for framing.
