Director of Manufacturing Operations
Director of Manufacturing Operations will lead day-to-day factory operations, manage the production team, and ensure that TEKTRA’s manufacturing floor runs safely, efficiently, and with a high standard of quality.
This role is ideal for a strong field or shop leader who understands construction, framing, production flow, material handling, crew leadership, and schedule execution. The Director of Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for translating project needs into daily production priorities, coordinating labor and materials, maintaining quality standards, and driving accountability across the factory floor.
This is not a desk-only role. This position requires a leader who is comfortable being on the floor, directing crews, solving problems in real time, coordinating with project managers and BIM teams, and ensuring that each component package is built correctly, staged properly, and delivered on schedule.

BIMRevit Manager
TEKTRA is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM/Revit Manager to join our growing design team. This role may be based at our manufacturing facility in Grand Junction or our design office in Basalt, Colorado. You will collaborate closely with our design, manufacturing, and project management teams to produce accurate 3D framing models, component shop drawings, renderings, and documentation using Autodesk Revit with the MWF framing plugin.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning architectural and engineering concepts into precise, buildable components.

Project Manager
Project Manager oversees all aspects of construction projects from the factory side, including scheduling, coordination, logistics, installation, budgeting, and forecasting. This position ensures that projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.
A core focus of this role is collaboration with the Design and BIM Teams to ensure Constructability, Design for Manufacturing, Accuracy, and alignment of shop drawings with project requirements.
